REFUND Refunds are also available during the initial 30 day period however, the original outbound fee and an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All return and exchange shipping costs required to ship the item back to our store are to be paid for by the customer. PROCESSING TIME We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible.
