The TRANSMITTER can be triggered to send a radio signal by input from either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) devices The Voice Alert TXPCBB (°TRANSMITTER") is designed to trigger messages stored in the Voice Alert receiver/speaker. The signal range is up to 1000' line of sight or 300' through wall. 1000' open-air range, 300' through walls Runs on a 9V battery for up to one year (alkaline) or up to 5 years with a lithium When the sleep delay is set the TRANSMITTER will send a signal, when triggered, and then not be able to send another signal until the set sleep time has elapsed. To set the sleep delay, tum the white screw slot in the blue cube located on the right side of the board, clockwise, to the desired sleep delay setting from zero to 3 minutes.
